9 Super Easy Yet Creative Halloween Costumes for Couples

It’s just a few more days until Halloween! What are you and your girlfriend/boyfriend going as this year? If you think you can just slap on some haphazard costume, think again – those pictures will come back to haunt you for years to come!

So since you have a couple of days to come up with a creative costume, here are some ideas according to Pinterest.

1. A pizza delivery guy and a pizza.

All it takes is a little cardboard, colored paper, and some creativity! And you can be whatever pizza you want, too!

2. Classic Mary Poppins and Bert.

If you can take a minute to check out a vintage clothing shop, the clothes shouldn’t be that hard. As for the accessories, it’s a chimney sweeper for Bert and a hat, umbrella, and oversize bag for Ms. Poppins.

3. Ash and any Pokemon.

All Ash needs is a Pokemon ball (that you can make out of a Styrofoam ball and some paint). As for the Pokemon of choice, just copy the color scheme of the Pokemon. Heck, if you’re lazy, you can just get a shirt with the Pokemon printed on it!

4. Bacon and eggs.

If you have the sewing skills, all you need are red, beige, yellow, and white cloth! Oh, and a bit of Pellon to keep the shape of your bacon and eggs should be handy.

5. Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

Recreate that scene after their house blows up! An oversize button-up and some boots for her, and a basic white shirt, white boxers, and some trekking boots for him.

6. The Most Interesting Man and a bottle of Dos Equis.

For the dapper dudes with beards, you just need to put on some temporary grey color to your beard. And as for the bottle of Dos Equis, paint on the logo onto a red dress or shirt, and you’re good to go!

7. Cute toiletries.

What’s soap without a matching loofah? For the soap, you just need a box, a big white cloth, some textile paint for the text, and some bubble wrap for bubbles. For the loofah, get your hands on a few yards of organza and a cute cord, and sew it right onto a dress. Yes, the dress is absolutely necessary!

8. A firefighter and his/her trusty Dalmatian.

Plus points if your partner is a real firefighter. But for the dalmatian costume, all you need are doggy ears (no, not the Snapchat ones), some polka dot clothing, and a little face makeup.

9. A plug and socket.

If you need to clarify to people about who’s entering and who’s being entered, this is the perfect costume. Especially if you’re lazy, since you can just get this off Walmart!
