Tiny Dog Known For Terrorizing Crocodile Gets Eaten By Vengeful Reptile

A tiny terrier who has terrorized a saltwater crocodile met a shocking end when the reptile finally dragged her into the water. However, the pup’s owner is not at all surprised about the dog’s fate.

Pippa rose to infamy for constantly terrorizing the crocodile named Casey. The little dog always barked and managed to chase away the reptile who frequented the banks of Australia’s Adelaide River. Pippa’s owner Kai Hansen revealed that he was somehow expecting Casey to eventually fight back. The owner of Goat Island Lodge admitted that his pet’s gruesome death “had a high probability of happening sometime.”

Pippa had a habit of barking at Casey, who always escaped into the river. Unfortunately, the dog called Dumb Blonde made the mistake of approaching the crocodile while Casey was still facing her. The chilling video of Pippa’s death shows Casey instantly grabbing the pup in her jaws before dragging the terrier into the water. The unfortunate incident happened in front of horrified onlookers.

Hansen revealed that he was not upset with Casey for killing his beloved Pippa. He insists that the crocodile was simply doing what is natural to her.

“She’s not doing something wrong, she’s just doing what crocs do. In the early days she actually had a go at me a couple of times. These days I just throw food out from up the top and no-one is allowed to walk down there.”

People criticized Hansen for allowing Pippa to torment Casey.

Netizens believed that Hansen enjoyed the publicity and attention that the pup’s courage brought to his establishment. However, the Goat Island Lodge owner stated that he never encouraged the dog to terrorize the crocodile.

According to Hansen, Pippa always did what she wanted to do.

“It’s such a sad story and I’m feeling terrible about it still, but it’s not something I ever trained Dumb Blonde to do. She did things her way.”
