Gamer Breaks Up With ‘World’s Hottest Weather Girl’ To Focus On Playing ‘Call Of Duty’

Yanet Garcia is hailed by many as the “World’s Hottest Weather Girl” and yet her boyfriend recently broke up with her. The big reason? The guy wanted to spend more time playing video games.

Known online as Faze Censor, pro gamer Douglas Martin officially announced that he has already called it quits with Yanet by posting a video on his YouTube channel. According to him, he’s aiming to focus on playing Call of Duty at the moment.

It’s official – Douglas Martin and Yanet Garcia are no longer a couple!

Martin confirmed in his video:

“Yanet and I are no longer in a relationship… Yanet is an awesome girl, she deserves the best. She’s beautiful, she’s smart, she was an awesome girlfriend.”

“I know it sounds weird I’m saying all this…it’s just, I gotta do what feels right for me,” he added.

Martin will now be embracing the life of a full-time gamer.

He further explained:

“I supported her decision. She wanted to be a supermodel actress – chase your dreams, life’s too short. I’m playing Call of Duty full-time now and she wanted to take her job opportunity. I didn’t think it was going to be that difficult. Back then it was a lot easier for me to go out and see her. But now I have obligations.

“I’m on a contract. It’s not like I don’t want to do this, this is the career that I want. I want to win a ring, I want to win a world championship, what I want in my life at this very moment is to compete in Call of Duty because I love it so much. I’m going to do whatever it takes to be a champion.

“There’s only 24 hours in a day and I just didn’t have enough time to do what I needed to do.”

Meanwhile, Garcia is reportedly “heartbroken” about Martin’s decision.

Aside from working as a weather forecaster, Garcia is also a model and an actress. She has since thanked her followers for the outpour of support after she and Martin parted ways.

In one Twitter post, however, she posted a mysterious Spanish message which translates to:

“Never listen to the advice of a person who has not done anything good with his life.”

The breakup earned mixed reactions from fans.

Although some understood Martin’s decision, others slammed him for it such as one fan who commented on his video, writing:

“This just shows how immature this guy is. Priorities, man! If you really love this girl you should put her in first place above all your other things that aren’t really important! Make time for her, how are you gonna be when you decide to get married? Btw how long do you think she’s gonna be single? Not long man, I’m just saying no stupid game, stupid dog or stupid house would ever keep me from being with the woman of my dreams and the one I love with all my heart. Immature little boy!”
