Chris Watts “Hates Knowing” There Is A Netflix Documentary About His Crime But He Can’t See It
- The new Netflix documentary American Murder: The Family next Door brings to light several details about the 2018 crime committed by Chris Watts, who killed his pregnant wife and two kids.
- A source shared that Watts, who is currently serving multiple life sentences with no possibility of parole, “hates knowing that (the documentary) is out there” but he can’t see it.
Released last September 30, the new documentary ‘American Murder: The Family Next Door’ is being called by viewers as “one of the hardest things” they’ve ever seen on Netflix as it detailed the chilling story behind how Colorado man Chris Watts murdered his pregnant wife Shannan and their two daughters Celeste, 3, and Bella, 4, in August of 2018.
Despite initial denials and showing fake concern over their disappearance, Chris eventually pleaded guilty to their murders, admitting that he buried Shannan in a shallow grave and hid his girls’ bodies in oil tanks where he works.
The Watts looked like a typical happy family so the crime shocked many of their loved ones and neighbors.
Now serving five life sentences, Chris isn’t exactly thrilled about the idea that his deed has once again resurfaced to a wider audience.
People recently published an article, quoting a source close to the convicted killer as saying:
“He hates knowing that it’s out there, but realizing that he will never see it.”
Investigations later revealed that Chris wanted to “get rid of his old life” so he can start over with his secret mistress Nichol Kessinger.
Meanwhile, another source claimed that Chris had to “relive a lot of what happened” because of the new documentary.
The source said:
“He hates not knowing what people are seeing about his private communications.
“Not that he wants to spend that time watching the darkest days of his life, but he wants to know what the documentary looks like and how it tells the story.”
Meanwhile, Frankie Rzucek, the brother of Shannan, took upon himself to post on Facebook, writing that the documentary “shows what her life was like before [Chris] came along, and how happy she was with her beautiful family until he cheated and turned into a different person and became that monster.”
