Man Chops Off Nose and Splits Tongue for His ‘Black Alien Project’

As body modification becomes more popular, French-born Anthony Loffredo pushes through with some extreme procedures, thereby completing a portion of his intended transformation for his ‘Black Alien Project’.

He shared that he has always veen passionate about transformations since he was a young boy. The passion prompted him to take on body-building at the age of 20. It wasn’t until he was 24 and working as a security guard, that he realized his desire to “transform.”

“I realized that I was not living my life the way I wanted,” he said.

This realization led him to leave his job and travel to Australia. There, he plans for his future and plays the role of a scary character. He said that he would often sit somewhere and role-play some scary character to have fun.

“I explore the contrast between the role I play and myself,” he added.

Fast-forward to four years later, the 29-year-old man had split his tongue, sliced lightning bolts out of his cheeks, cropped his ears, totally blackened his face, tattooed his skin, and had piercings and subdermal implants in a bid to look like a real-life alien.

Anthony’s transformation appears to be making a good headway over the past months despite the pandemic. From the 10% transformation in April, Loffredo has taken yet another step forward to his ‘Black Alien Project’.

This time, he sought Barcelona-based modifier Oscar Marquez to undergo ‘rhinotomy’, since it is considered illegal in France. The bizarre procedure left him with a hole in his face where his nose used to be.

He reflected on the procedure and shared it via a post on Instagram. The post extends his gratitude to Oscar Marquez for marking his life and allowing him to “walk with [his] head high.”

In addition to this change, he had his eyeballs blackened in a ‘risky procedure’ that could have blinded him. He also added dermal implants on his face for a bumpy texture.

Now, his body has progressed to 21% of transformation. As the project becomes the “center” of his life, his transformation clearly develops at an even better pace.

He said that he doesn’t regret the irreversible changes. Instead, he is looking forward to becoming a body modification expert, by tattooing eyeballs. He also plans to visit other countries to find out what others ‘see’ when they look at him and to philosophize about the society in general.

“Some say that I am just a fool, others say that I am the devil in person, that I do not deserve to be here … I will fight until my last breath. I will defend my project until the end.”
