That's one lucky baby!
7-Eleven is one of the biggest chains of convenience stores across the globe. One of the best offers you can grab from this store is their tasty Slurpees and everyone gets them for free during 7-Eleven Day. But one lucky baby got more than just a Slurpee.
Rachel Langford of Missouri gave birth to a baby girl on July 11, 2019, at exactly 7:11 PM. Not only that, little J’Aime Brown weighed 7 pounds and 11 ounces too.
The coincidence shocked the baby girl’s parents, who then told CNN that they plan to inform 7-Eleven about it. After a week, 7-Eleven’s company officials informed reporters that they will make a donation to J’Aime Brown’s college funds. The company said:
“After catching wind of the incredible news, 7-Eleven decided to pledge $7,111 to the newborn’s college fund to honor her entry to the world”.
The company also provided the family with some goods that should help them in taking care of a newborn, such as diapers and 7-Eleven onesies. Rachel told reporters that she and her husband are very thankful for the company’s gift. She added that she often sees the numbers 7 and 11 during her pregnancy.
“A lot of the times, I would look at the clock and it was 7:11. I thought it was weird at first, and I didn’t know that [the numbers] meant so much,”
J’Aime Brown’s parents have been sharing pictures of their little girl on social media repeatedly thanking the company for their generosity. We cannot deny that the little girl has made her parents proud.
The twist of fate pushed Rachel and her husband to admit that they are a bit freaked out by the incident but nevertheless, thankful for their little angel’s blessing.
