They Heard Desperate Cries For Help. When Rescuers Arrived, What They Found is HEART-MELTING!

I have a soft spot for dogs, especially stray ones. I can’t stand to see them hungry, homeless, and hopeless. I give special kudos to people who make effort to help these dogs by giving them food, shelter, or getting them out of trouble. This is why it really warmed my heart when I saw this video of a poor, mangy dog being rescued by the good people from Animal Aid Unlimited in India. Really, people who work for animal welfare are some of the best people on the planet!

The terrified dog was already stuck for hours between the iron bars of the gate. The poor thing was covered in mange and he was really struggling from that helpless position. There was poop all over the front of the gate. One of the people in the area heeded his cries for help and called the rescuers at Animal Aid. Watch as they carefully extracted the dog from the gate and carried him safely to the rescue vehicle.

The people at Animal Aid took good care of him. The dog was neutered, vaccinated, and treated for his severe case of mange.
