Sweet Filipina Woman Proposes To Her Boyfriend – And He Said Yes!

There’s just something special about proposal videos. They’re often heartwarming and romantic that people just couldn’t help but watch and share the clips over and over until they gain viral fame.

Such is the case of one short video from the Philippines that’s recently been making the rounds on social media. What makes the footage unique, however, is that instead of the guy, we see the woman dropping on her knees and popping the golden question. And she did it in public – in front of their loved ones!

Is she the sweetest girlfriend ever or what?

In a Summit Express article, we learn that Ulvic Berdecen and Cheska Galves have been a couple for only a year. Despite that, Cheska has decided that it’s Ulvic she wants to be with for the rest of her life. And so she took it upon herself to propose to him.

According to Ulvic’s brother Stephen Berdecen, who uploaded the video on Facebook, Cheska invited their family at a restaurant for a dinner. While they were having a meal, music suddenly played a love song and then staff members began approaching Ulvic to give him red roses – much to his surprise.

Eventually, Cheska appeared also with a flower for Ulvic. And then friends held up a sign that said ‘Will you marry me?” She then pulled a box out and offered him a ring.

Fortunately, he said ‘yes’!

In the video’s caption, Stephen wrote:

“Who says only men can propose? I’m proud that the Philippines screams equality ♥️☺️”

The touching video has since gained over a million views.

It was truly beautiful to watch and many viewers even commented that the proposal footage left them in tears.
