Flight Attendant Found Dead In Luxury Hotel Room, Eleven Men Charged With Gang Rape

• 23-year-old Christine Angelica Dacera was celebrating New Year’s Eve at City Garden Hotel with her colleagues. They had a room party in which more guests showed up.
• The next morning, one of her colleagues found her in the tub and thought she was just sleeping. But when he woke up several hours later, he was shocked to see her unconscious, her body turning blue.
• Later on, the autopsy results revealed that the main cause of Christine’s death was an aneurysm.

A tragedy happened for a young flight attendant from the Philippines when she was found dead in the bathtub of a lavish hotel in Makati City. Men who were with her at the room party was charged with gang rape and murder as a result.

23-year-old Christine Angelica Dacera was celebrating New Year’s Eve at City Garden Hotel with her colleagues.

She checked in with them and had a room party in which more guests showed up.

The next morning around 10 am, one of her colleagues woke up and saw Christine in the tub.

He thought Christine was just sleeping so he covered her with a blanket and went back to bed. But when he woke up several hours later, he was shocked to see her unconscious, her body turning blue.

He alerted the hotel and Christine was given CPR. When they failed to revive her, she was taken to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.

The police said that her body had cuts and bruises on her knees and thighs. As they were waiting for autopsy results, the 11 men who were with her during the party was charged, which were only provisionary as they wait for the toxicology report and autopsy findings.

They manage to bring in three of the suspects for questioning, who held off speaking as per their lawyer’s orders.

Later on, the autopsy results revealed that the main cause of Christine’s death was Ruptured Aortic Aneurysm. No semen was found, which shot down speculations of rape. But there were needle puncture marks on her right hand.

As per the stories shared by people who know Christine and her friends, she admitted that on December 30 she had ‘rough sex’ with a foreign guy. It was also revealed, during that night of December 31, there was heavy use of alcohol and party drugs, which may have contributed to Christine’s death.
