I so wanna ride one of these!
You know what the trouble with purchasing a stroller is? You could never get your baby’s feedback about it.
Sure, you can check out the material if it’s sturdy, and sure, you can ask the sellers some questions about its features. Also, you can check out reviews written by other buyers about the product, but that’s about it.
For the most part, you are only left wondering whether your child is really comfortable in the stroller or not.
Well, this time, you have to wonder no more.
Kolcraft, a US baby products company, has made it possible for parents to test out their pushchairs.
How is that even possible? Well, the company created huge versions of their Contours Bliss stroller so parents can have firsthand experience test driving the products.
Tom Koltun, president of Kolcraft, said in a press release:
“We created the test ride so adults could experience first-hand how each Contours Stroller is carefully designed with a baby’s joy and comfort in mind.”
Furthermore, the video uploaded by the company on YouTube adds:
“Gurgles and coos are notoriously difficult to interpret—making it difficult for babies to tell us what they like. So we’ve created an exact, adult-sized replica of one of our best selling strollers to show parents just how comfortable Contours strollers are for their babies.”
Personally, I’m not really sure whether this would be helpful since, you know, babies have different proportions than adults. Still, I won’t deny that riding one of these sounds like a fun idea. Heck, I want to try it out!
In case you want to ride one of these strollers, the next schedule is on June 7, 2016, at the Mary Bartelme Park in Chicago. For more details, go check out the official Contours Baby website.
