Hearing cries for help, this jogger bravely rescued a majestic Mouflon sheep stuck in the forest.
With all the crazy bad stuff that has happened so far this year (COVID-19, I’m looking at you), even the small acts of heartwarming kindness can really make people’s hearts go awwww.
While the video below first went viral online back in 2015 but is making rounds on social media once again. Perhaps, because we love some good animal rescue story? Or maybe because a lot of us are just sick of quarantines, and already miss jogging into the great outdoors!
Nonetheless, it’s really easy to appreciate the heroism of the Polish jogger Krystof Wlodarczyk who took the time to help a trapped wild Mouflon sheep while he was out on his run.
Wild Mouflon sheep are known for their beautiful curved horns and mountain climbing skills. As the video shows, however, they do get stuck in a bind once in a while.
Fortunately, the desperate cries of the Mouflon sheep was noticed by the jogger and he immediately came to its rescue.
One can see the patience and trust that the sheep has placed on the jogger. Once the sheep was successfully freed, Wlodarczyk let out a cry of joy. The majestic creature then darted off to freedom.
Of course, netizens hailed Wlodarczyk as a hero for the good deed.
