Jon Snow Finally Reunites With Arya Stark In New ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 8 Teaser

The final season of Game of Thrones is set to be a truly emotional one as our beloved characters face a terrifying villain. But before the battle, we will finally get to see Jon Snow reunited with his favorite sister Arya Stark. The new teaser for Season 8 has just revealed how the reunion will happen.

People have been waiting for Arya Stark to be reunited with her beloved brother Jon Snow for a really long time. After all, the two were last seen together in the first season of the HBO series. Luckily, it looks like the highly anticipated reunion will take place in Game of Thrones Season 8, as confirmed by the new teaser. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear to be a joyous occasion for both of them.

Here’s how Jon and Arya said goodbye to each other in the first season:

In the Season 1 episode The Kingsroad, Jon said goodbye to Arya as his younger sister prepared to leave with their father Ned Stark and sister Sansa Stark for King’s Landing. Before doing so, he presented Arya with a sword she called Needle. Little did they know that they would spend most of the series apart.

The new Game of Thrones Season 8 teaser is titled Survival and it opens with Jon standing in front of the Godswood in Winterfell. The dramatic scene shows a different angle, revealing that Arya is standing behind her brother all that time.

Although fans were expecting Arya to be delighted to be reunited with Jon, it is understandable why both characters appear somber. Their reunion comes at a truly difficult time considering that the Nights King and his army of White Walkers are marching towards Winterfell at that very moment.

But will Jon and Arya manage to survive the battle in Game of Thrones Season 8? Things aren’t looking too good. Another teaser is titled Aftermath and it shows what will happen to Winterfell after the White Walkers have arrived.
