Man Gets Beaten After Shouting ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Spoilers Outside Cinema

Marvel Studios’ highly-anticipated superhero film Avengers: Endgame just recently hit theaters worldwide. Now fans are already claiming it to the “best movie ever made.”

During the past few days, we’ve seen videos and photos of fans eagerly lining up at their local cinemas, with others spotted rushing up the escalators, just so they can be among the first to catch the blockbuster.

This guy reportedly spoiled ‘Avengers: Endgame’ to other cinemagoers. He immediately regretted it.

Over at Hong Kong, however, reports are telling us that a man has been “beaten up outside a cinema” after he shouted the plot of the new Avengers film to people who haven’t seen it yet. The others, of course, weren’t happy about his attention-seeking act and decided to teach him a lesson.

As a result, the man was later “left bloodied” outside a theater in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, according to the Daily Mail.

Avengers: Endgame is the culmination of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s 11-year saga, with 21 previous feature films coming before it.

Movie directors Joe and Anthony Russo have written an open letter to remind fans to not ruin the movie experience for others.

In a Twitter post, they said:

“To the greatest fans in the world, this is it. This is the end.

“The end of an unprecedented narrative mosaic spanning eleven years and eleven franchises.

“When you see Endgame in the coming weeks, please don’t spoil it for others, the same way you wouldn’t want it spoiled for you.

“Remember, Thanos still demands your silence.

“As always, good luck and happy viewing.”

The brothers ended the letter with the hashtag #DontSpoilTheEndgame.

Even the Avengers stars themselves asked fans not to spoil the movie.

As early as now, Avengers: Endgame is already breaking box-office records earlier set by Avengers: Infinity War.

Will it finally dethrone Avatar as the highest grossing movie of all time? We all have to wait and see.
