A mysterious metal discovered in Romania in 1973 is believed to be evidence that aliens came to Earth thousands of years ago.
There’s a lot of buzz surrounding a piece of metal that was discovered in Romania in 1973. In fact, there are those who see it as a proof that aliens once walked the Earth.
However, since the discovery was made while the country was still under communist rule, details were not made immediately available back then.
Apparently, a group of builders who were working on the banks of the Mures River in the town of Aiud found the piece of metal buried about 33 feet under the sand. At first, they thought it was the end of an axe. Later on, though, it was tagged as something else entirely.
The Inquisitr reports that the mysterious metal was sent to Lausanne, Switzerland for testing. The initial testing revealed that it was made up of 12 different metals. They noted that the aluminum concentration was 90 percent of the composition. They dated the metal to be about 250,000 years old.
Then again, further tests were conducted in Romania, which put the mysterious metal’s age between 400 and 80,000 years old.
Here’s the clincher: Mankind only started producing metallic aluminum 200 years ago.
Experts who are doing a probe on the metal have pointed out that it has “concavities, which may indicate that it was made to fit into a complex mechanical system.”
Moreover, Romanian Ufologists Association deputy director Gheorghe Cohal has stated that there is no technology on Earth that can come up with the specific combination of elements found in the metal.
Various conspiracy theorists have concluded that only alien technology could have produced the metal. This is in line with their belief that extraterrestrial beings left their mark on Earth thousands of years ago.
Of course, many scholars have begged to differ and are conducting further studies. Meanwhile, the metal is now displayed in the History Museum of Cluj-Napoca.
