An obnoxious woman has been thrown off a flight when she complained and shouted about being seated near a mother and her baby.

A footage of the incident has been captured and it shows how the woman complained to the flight attendant about the situation. She asked to have her seat changed but it was not granted. Irritated by the crew’s answer, she threatened that she can get the personnel fired.

According to the baby’s mother, Marissa Rundell, it all started when the lady was the last one to board the plane from JFK International Airport for Syracuse.

She was already cursing and ranting about being seated at the back of the plane. Not satisfied, she even slammed her bags down. Marissa told the angry woman to watch her language around Mason, her eight-month-old son. However, the woman ignored her and even shouted:

“Shut the f**ck up and shove it!”

When the flight attendant, Tabitha, came over to see what’s happening, Marissa began capturing a video of the incident. The rude woman then complained about being seated near a crying baby even if Mason wasn’t crying that time.

The woman asked:

“Can I sit somewhere else? I’m not sitting near a crying baby.”

She demanded to have a new seat but Tabitha said that she can’t because the plane is full.

Instead, she offered a new one on the next flight. The woman got angrier and demanded that the flight attendant give her name, while slamming her belongings on the seat.

Tabitha gave her name and employee ID. After which, the woman threatened to get the flight attendant fired.

“You may not have a job tomorrow.”

Tabitha responded by telling her co-crew member that the irate woman be removed from the flight. The rude woman came to her senses and apologized.

However, she has gone too far.

Consequently, Tabitha responds by voicing that she wants the irate woman removed from the plane and, while the passenger attempts to apologize explaining that she was “really stressed out”, she had gone too far.

She said:

“I’m not screaming. I’ll be quiet now. Please. Ok? I’m sorry. I was really stressed out.”

The Delta Air Lines responded about the incident:

“We ask that customers embrace civility and respect one another when flying Delta. This customer’s behavior toward a fellow customer on a flight from New York to Syracuse was not in keeping with those standards.”

“We appreciate our Endeavor Air flight attendant’s commitment to Delta’s core values and apologize to the other customers on board Flight 4017 who experienced the disturbance.”
