‘Time Traveler’ Claims Philippines Will Be A Crime-Free ‘Giant Utopia’ By 2030

Time travel is considered impossible at this time. However, films, TV shows, and animations have made us wonder what it would be like to have that option.

But one man didn’t have to wonder about these things as he claimed to be a time traveler himself. A YouTube video that showed the bright future of the Philippines quickly captured the attention of netizens because of the unbelievable “prophecies” it consists.

Noah, the self-proclaimed time traveler, claimed that he was from 2030 and came back to the present time to share some good news about the Philippines. He said the Philippines would be a central part of a union between Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries.

He went as far as saying that Manila would have a controlling position over Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Noah noted that the Philippines will become a “giant utopia” by 2030. He said it will be a place where everyone is happy and no one breaks the law.

The self-proclaimed time traveler explained that these laws were implemented by artificial intelligence (AI) police task force. While this doesn’t exist yet, but he said Japan will create the AI police task force and the Philippines will implement this to the country.

He also stated that the Philippines started to take a big leap and implement brain chips into as many people as possible.

He said:

“In 2030, Philippines just started a decision to actually implement brain chips into as much people as possible. If you were ever rushed to the hospital, they could easily find all the information on you, and it has saved so many lives — like in the millions.”

Even though this video looks sketchy, some netizens still chose to believe Noah’s prediction while some, naturally, didn’t buy it.
