Two Dads Pose With Daughter In Sweet Photoshoot, But They’re Not A Gay Couple

A Facebook post that features a little girl named Willow and her two dads quickly went viral. But it’s not what you may think — the two men are not a same-sex couple.

You see, one of the men is Willow’s birth dad and the other one is her stepdad-to-be. It is not easy to be raised up in a broken home, but looking at these pictures might remind those who had been through a divorce how important it is to keep the environment around your children happy and full of love.

The post was shared by Willow’s stepfather, Dylan Lenox.

He wrote:

“Our daughter Willow. You may never know how your love has changed us all. The guy to the left is myself (Daddy, Daddy Dylan or Bonus Dad), in the middle is, of course, our Princess Willow and the guy to the right is David (Daddy, Daddy David or biological Dad). No, we are not a same-sex couple, but we do share a daughter.”

Dylan a.k.a Bonus Dad said that instead of giving Willow two separate families, they decided to mold into “one unique family.” He said that by doing so, he didn’t only gain a daughter, but also a “brother and a best friend.”

Dylan added:

“Of course, not a single moment would be like this without Sarah (mommy) and her kind and generous heart! Willow Grace, you are loved by so many people in this world, and your Daddies love you!”

After Sarah and David went separate ways two years into their marriage, they decided to make Willow’s happiness a priority, even when it came to Sarah introducing a new man into their lives.

Luckily, David and Dylan quickly formed a strong friendship. In fact, the men are too close that the latter even added a cheeky note to his post, saying “FYI David is single.”
