Ungrateful Woman Mocks Boyfriend’s Engagement Ring Choice In Ring-Shaming Group

Picking out an engagement ring for your partner is not an easy task. Knowing that this is the most important jewelry that they will ever wear in their whole entire life, people tried really hard to find the perfect ring.

Considering what men go through in finding the perfect engagement ring, netizens were not too happy when one woman shamed her boyfriend’s engagement ring choice before he’d even had a chance to propose. According to a viral post on Reddit, a woman took a photo of a ring she had found in her boyfriend’s nightstand and shared it on social media, asking for support, but the internet is not having it.

One man who was possibly ready to propose to his girlfriend probably thought he found the perfect ring. However, his girlfriend is not too happy about it and even decided to complain about what it looked like.

According to a screenshot of the post, the woman wrote:

“Ewwwww. Self-shame Friday here I come. Found this in the BF’s nightstand. Not a fan. Please roast and then tell me how to tactfully say no you need to go get something different.”

The woman shared her disappointment and embarrassment in a group called “Ring shaming.”

The jewelry in question? A three-stone ring set in what looks like silver. While everyone is entitled to their own opinion, many people on Reddit pointed out that the ring is actually very pretty.

Many believed the woman crossed a line, and they were rightfully baffled by her insensitivity towards someone who obviously cares about her.
